Reinventing Normal

Build the form. Automate the process. File the result.

NormalFiche is document management for any company — plus the custom forms and automated workflows that turn a file into finished work. Design the intake. Draw the process. The record lands in the right cabinet.

Mission

Work should not stall in a mailbox.

We modernize how companies collect information, route it, and keep it — custom forms, automated workflows, and documents in one workspace.

Teams still chase packets, approvals, and “final_v7.pdf” in email. NormalFiche replaces that loop. Build the form people actually fill. Automate who sees it next. File the original with a name and a drawer you can find again.

Approach

Three things the product is built to do.

Forms you design

Drag the fields. Set what is required. Share a unique link. Later steps can finish the same submission — not a new spreadsheet.

Workflows that run

Draw the process. Each step becomes a task for a person or a team. Reminders fire. Email replies stay on the work.

Documents that stay

Cabinets, original filenames, preview in the browser, and access you can explain. The file is the end of the process, not a lost attachment.

NormalFiche

File. Form. Flow.

Most document tools store a PDF and hope someone remembers the rest. NormalFiche is where work starts, moves, and finishes. You design the form, the workflow assigns the next people, and the file ends up in the right cabinet — with the original name, labels, and access you set.

Form — drag fields, set rules, share a unique fill link
Flow — draw the process, automate who acts next
Tasks — the inbox the workflow fills
File — cabinets, original names, preview in the browser
A task opens in a large popup — the submitted form, the due date, the work

Form

Build any intake yourself. Drag fields, mark required answers, add logic, and share a unique link. Later chapters let the next person finish the same submission. Signatures live on the fill page.

Flow

Draw the process on a canvas. Each step becomes a task for a person or a team inbox. Reminders fire. Replies from email stay on the task. Completed files land in the cabinet you named.

File

Cabinets and folders that keep the original filename. Preview PDF, Word, sheets, and images in a large popup. Search by name or label. Groups decide who can view, download, or manage a file.

A form builder, not a PDF with blanks Design the worksheet people actually fill. Unique links. The same record moves through later steps instead of a new copy.
Automation you can see The canvas is the process. Assign a person or a team. Reminders, due dates, and the next step fire without someone forwarding a thread.
Mail that stays on the work Workflows email people. They reply from their inbox. The thread is stored on the related task.
Files follow the process When a form or a step produces a document, it lands in the cabinet and folder you set — original name intact.
Versions and how long to keep them Track history on a type or description when you need it. Set a keep-for window. Once a quarter, an admin reviews archive, delete, or keep.
Your sign-in, your rules Local accounts, LDAP, or company SSO. Groups decide who can view, download, edit, or manage a file.

Design the intake

Build a custom form for the request you actually get — a vendor packet, an onboarding checklist, an internal approval. Share one link. Required fields and later chapters keep the same record moving instead of a stack of copies.

Automate what happens next

The workflow starts when the form is submitted. Tasks go to a person or a team. Reminders fire. Someone completes their step, and the file is tagged and filed under the right cabinet — without a mailbox full of forwards.
